Wanting to try out a new body
(Transplastic)
This is about a special tray of plastic.
This is about the dumpling tray
That dreamed of cradling jewels.
This is about becoming something else
While still maintaining itself
Its textures
Its smoothness
Its plasticity
This is about plastic
Becoming EARTH
This is about clay lending its body;
this is about plastic’s past life.
This is about a tray staying a tray
Or being a vase,
finding life as a vessel
About being half full
Or half empty;
About being dipped into
And served from.
